When it comes to candles there are endless fragrance choices.
Candles are a great way to add warmth and light to a room and make it feel truly special.
They can keep your house smelling fresh and add personality to your decor.
How about making an organic candle at home?
Candle making is one of those deceptively easy crafts. All you do is melt and pour! So it’s fun to mix things up by adding texture or using a fun container.
Today’s our organic container for candle is an orange.
I am so excited to share today’s DIY with you! I have already published one article on How to Make a Candle Using an Orange.
I’m kind of hooked on making homemade candles.
In today’s tutorial I will customized it more to look the candle stunning.
Material You Need:
Some decoration material: Here I used artificial flowers
You’ll want to start off by cleaning your orange. Cut off the small top section of the orange like below.
Now take out the entire orange pulp without cutting any other part of the orange.
Just like this. Make sure there is no orange juice is left inside.
You can use wax and melt it directly OR like me you can use one candle.
Since a candle has a thick thread make sure you don’t cut the thread while making pieces.
You will need this thread later.
Melt the collected wax till you get it in a liquid form.
Put the thread inside the orange 90 degree and then bend it little bit.
Pour the melted wax in the orange and keep it aside till the wax becomes solid.
Its time to decorate the candle as your wish.
I tell you guys, this candle looks simply adorable.
